Shipping
The order will be processed from 1 to 3 working days from the date of the order.
The products or services will be shipped to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the Order process. The participation in the costs for the preparation and shipment of the Order is understood to include Italian VAT. The customer will be notified of the shipment by e-mail.
The products and / or services will be accompanied by a Transport Document indicating the contents of the package.
Potential customers residing in other countries other than those mentioned above must first contact Gattacci customer service at info@gattacci.it and check with the Seller the possible methods of purchasing and shipping Gattacci products.
The Customer has the right to choose the place of delivery: in his residence, in the place of work, at a third person, in the place where he spends his holidays ...In case of absence at the time of delivery at the address indicated by the costumer, a Notice of passage will be deposited in the mailbox. After two passes by the courier, the package will remain available with the carrier for five days following the date of the second delivery notice.
If this deadline is exceeded, the package will be returned to Gattacci. The Customer Service will take care to contact the Customer for a possible new shipment and, in the absence of a response from the Customer within a reasonable time, will proceed to make the refund.
